These membership terms (Terms) apply to your participation in the PETER'S DREAMERS™ REWARDS program (PETER'S DREAMERS™).
By registering as a member or using your digital PETER'S DREAMERS™ REWARDS membership card in store or online, you agree that these Terms apply, including any amendments to these Terms we post on our website.
About the PETER'S DREAMERS™ REWARDS program
PETER'S DREAMERS™ REWARDS is a customer loyalty program in relation to the brand Peter Alexander, and is operated in Australia by Peter Alexander Sleepwear Pty Ltd ACN 091 296 776 and in New Zealand by Peter Alexander NZ Limited NZBN 9429052251313.
Membership and eligibility
PETER'S DREAMERS™ is free to join.
You can join online or in store at Peter Alexander.
To join, you must provide us information that we need to administer the program, that is, your name, email address and mobile number. If you would like to receive a Birthday Reward, please also provide this information when you sign up.
You must be 16+ years old to join.
Your membership card
On joining, PETER'S DREAMERS™ members are issued with a digital membership card (Membership Card). Membership Cards can be saved in your digital wallet or online account.
To participate in PETER'S DREAMERS™, including earning and redeeming PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards, members must:
(in store) present their Membership Card at the point-of-sale, or provide a registered email address or mobile number; or
(online) log-in to their online account before making a purchase.
Membership Levels
The three different membership levels of PETER'S DREAMERS™ are Pink, Silver and Gold.
All Members will become Pink Level upon enrolling into PETER'S DREAMERS™. Members can unlock Silver and Gold Levels by meeting a minimum Spend (Spend to Next) within a 12-months look-back window.
Silver Level is accessed with a minimum Spend of $500 - $999.99 in the past 12-months.
Gold Level is accessed with a minimum Spend of $1,000+ in the past 12-months. Qualifying Spend towards your Level does not include gift card purchases, carry bags, delivery fees, personalisation & gift wrap services, charity items or on the redemption of PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards, Birthday Rewards, Welcome Rewards, Anniversary Rewards or Thank You Rewards.
Your qualifying Spend (Spend to Next) is assessed at the end of every transaction to identify if you have met the minimum spend for your next Level. Upon meeting the Level’s minimum spend at the completion of the transaction, you will be upgraded to your new Level. If PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward(s) were earned in a transaction that upgraded you to a new Level, Reward(s) issued are at the value of the Level you were on when you earned the points.
For example, if a Pink Member spends $600 and reaches Silver Level after that transaction, as the Member was in Pink Level for that $600 spend, they will earn 600 Points that convert into 3x $10 PETER’S DREAMERS™ Rewards (being the value of a PETER’S DREAMERS™ Reward available to Pink Level members). After the completion of that transaction, the Member’s spend is assessed and will be then upgraded to Silver Level, and any subsequent Rewards earned will be $15 PETER’S DREAMERS™ Rewards (being the value of a PETER’S DREAMERS™ Reward available to Silver Level members).
Upon reaching Silver or Gold Level, you will be assigned an Anniversary Date, which is set 12-months from the date you reached Silver or Gold Level. Silver and Gold Members will be able to access the benefits of their Level until their Anniversary Date. On the Anniversary Date, the qualifying Spend (Spend to Retain) over the past 12-months will be calculated. Silver Members with a Spend to Retain of $500 - $999.99 on their Anniversary Date will retain Silver Level benefits for the next 12 months.
Gold Members with a Spend to Retain of $1,000+ on their Anniversary Date will retain Gold Level benefits for the next 12 months. If a Member does not meet the applicable Spend to Next or Spend to Retain amount, they will be downgraded to the Level corresponding to the Member’s spend in the previous 12 months.
For example, if a Gold Member's previous 12-month spend is within $500 - $999.99 on their Anniversary Date, they will become a Silver Member for the next 12 months; and if a Gold or Silver Member's previous 12-month spend is less than $500 on their Anniversary Date, they will become a Pink Member.
Spend to Next and Spend to Retain is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, and any eligible transactions made in the past 12-months will count towards your Spend to Next and Spend to Retain. If an eligible transaction occurred more than 12-months ago, it will no longer contribute to your Spend to Next or Spend to Retain.
Earning Points
PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward Points can be earned in store and online at Peter Alexander.
For every qualifying dollar you spend, you are awarded one point (Point). When awarding Points, we round up your qualifying spend to the nearest whole dollar.
Points are not awarded on gift card purchases, carry bags, delivery fees, personalisation & gift wrap services, charity items or on the redemption of PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards, Birthday Rewards, Welcome Rewards, Anniversary Rewards or Thank You Rewards.
Sometimes we will also offer limited time bonus points promotions (Bonus Points). We will communicate the terms of any Bonus Points promotions to you.
Points are reflected in your account after your purchase. If you have any questions or issues relating to your Points balance, please contact our support team by visiting the ‘Help & Contact Us’ section of our website.
Your Points balance is reduced when PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards are issued.
Points expire after 2 years of account inactivity, i.e. if you don’t earn at least one Point in a 2 year period.
Redeeming PETER'S DREAMERS™ REWARDS
Redeeming PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards is easy too.
PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards are redeemable in store and online at Peter Alexander. PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
For every 200 Points you earn, we issue a PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward. The value of the PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward is determined by the Level the Member is at the time of earning the Points.
Pink Level Members will receive a $10 PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward for every 200 Points earned.
Silver Level Members will receive a $15 PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward for every 200 Points earned.
Gold Level Members will receive a $20 PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward for every 200 Points earned.
A minimum spend after any savings and discounts (Minimum Spend) of twice the face value of a PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward applies to redeem a PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward. Minimum spend does not include purchases of gift cards, carry bags, delivery fees, personalisation & gift wrap services, charity items or the redemption of another PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward, Birthday Rewards, Welcome Rewards, Anniversary Rewards or Thank You Rewards. For example, to redeem a $10 PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward, the Minimum Spend is $20. PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards are valid for 60 days from issue.
You can redeem multiple PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards in a single transaction, provided each PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward meets the Minimum Spend. This means, for example, that the redemption of two $10 PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards requires a minimum spend of $40.
A PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward must be fully redeemed in a single transaction, that is, PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards can not be split across more than one purchase.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to offer special or bonus PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards that might be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Returning goods: what happens to Spend, Points and PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards
If you earned Points when making your purchase, these Points will be taken off your Points balance when later returning your goods. For example, if you purchase an item for $25 and an item for $15 you would have earned 40 Points. If you return the $25 item, your Points balance will be reduced by 25 Points and your Spend reduced by $25. If you have already been issued a PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward for the purchase before returning your goods, your Points balance may go into negative.
If you redeemed a PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward when you made your purchase, the total amount you paid for that purchase will have been reduced by the amount of the PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward redeemed, and the refund will be processed based on the amount paid after any PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards were applied. If you used a PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward to purchase multiple items, your PETER'S DREAMERS™ Reward will be split proportionally across the items purchased, and any returns will adjust the value, Spend and Points accordingly.
Birthday Rewards
If you’ve given us your birthday information, we’ll issue you a Birthday Reward on your birthday. The value of the Birthday Reward is determined by the Level the Member is at 12:01AM AEST on the date of their birthday.
Pink Level Members will receive a $10 Birthday Reward.
Silver Level Members will receive a $15 Birthday Reward.
Gold Level Members will receive a $20 Birthday Reward.
Birthday Rewards have the same validity and redemption conditions as set out in paragraph 7 (Redeeming PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards) above.
Welcome Rewards
Upon reaching a new Level for the first time, we’ll issue you a Welcome Reward. The value of the Welcome Reward is determined by the Level the Member has reached.
Silver Level Members will receive a $15 Welcome Reward.
Gold Level Members will receive a $20 Welcome Reward.
Pink Level Members do not receive a Welcome Reward.
Welcome Rewards have the same validity and redemption conditions as set out in paragraph 7 (Redeeming PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards) above.
Anniversary Rewards
Upon successfully retaining a Level’s minimum spend by your Anniversary Date (see paragraph 5, Membership Levels), we’ll issue you an Anniversary Reward. The value of the Anniversary Reward is determined by the Level the Member has reached, as assessed by their annual spend by their Anniversary Date.
Silver Level Members will receive a $15 Anniversary Reward.
Gold Level Members will receive a $20 Anniversary Reward.
Pink Level Members do not receive an Anniversary Reward.
Anniversary Rewards have the same validity and redemption conditions as set out in paragraph 7 (Redeeming PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards) above.
Responsibilities of members and membership limitations
Keep your membership information safe. We are not responsible for unused Points or Rewards, misappropriated Membership Cards or any failure to identify yourself when shopping with us.
Membership, Points, Bonus Points, PETER'S DREAMERS™ Rewards, Birthday Rewards, Welcome Rewards and Anniversary Rewards are non-transferable and can’t be shared.
Membership is available for personal, and not business use.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a membership for any suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised sharing, breaches of these Terms or misuse.
We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate PETER'S DREAMERS™ in its entirety. If we do this, we’ll give you at least 30 days notice.
Privacy
When you interact with us, we collect data. Sometimes you give it to us, for example when you join the program you give us information that we need to administer the program, or when you order a product you tell us where to deliver it. Sometimes we collect it automatically, such as through cookies on our website.
We know how important your personal information is to you and we’re committed to safeguarding it.
